Royal Brunei Airlines, also known as RBA, is the flag carrier airline of Brunei and is wholly owned by the Government of Brunei. It was founded in 1974 and has been expanding its network ever since. Royal Brunei Airlines was a runner up to Hawaiian Airlines in the "Best Entertainment for the Main Screen" category in the 2006 Avion Awards sponsored by the World Airline Entertainment Association (WAEA). RBA was nominated in three categories, mainly: Best In-Flight Audio Entertainment, Best Entertainment for the Main Screen and Best Overall In-Flight Entertainment
