Although it can be accessed from Davao, most of the area already lies in North Cotabato, a neighboring province. Some trails may be unavailable during certain seasons. The local tourism office usually provides advisory on it. Best time for climbing is before the Lenten season. But if you want to be with the crowd, then be there for the Holy Week.
