Novotel Batam - strategic location with shopping malls a little distance away and one has the option of taking a free shuttle bus

Harris Hotel- A good hotel for family and couples as rooms are spacious. Quite known for their giant free-form pool and massage. Provides transport to and from Ferry Terminal as well as shopping mall in town center.

Three and Two Stars

Royal Hotel - located in the town center of Nagoya so shops is nearby. They also have indoor jacuzzi, sauna, pool, steam room, fitness center and karaoke bar to keep guests entertained.

Budget Lodge

Hotel 69 - great for people who loves nightlife as it is close to disco and karaoke bars aside from having one themselves.

Romance Hotel - Near the entertainment center of Nagoya and located right behind the DC Mall.

Nagoya Food Court - a large open air place where one gets a taste of inexpensive local cuisine as well as Chinese food. Night time, it can get crowded but more fun with some stage performances. Located just behind the Center Point Shopping Center.

Padang Food Restaurant - reasonably priced and service is good. Located near Bantam Centre

Golden Prawn 933 - great for seafood dishes at about average price. Located near Nagoya close to other seafood restaurants as well.

Fastfoods - when you are missing city life and fastfood delights, there are also KFC and Mcdonalds in Batam located near Harmoni Hotel in Nagoya.
